A master of arts in clinical psychology I am trained in assessment and diagnosis of serious mental illness, mood disorders and problems with adjustment to the stressors of everyday life. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety and depression. I am licensed by the Texas State health department to provide professional counseling in mental health issues, job and life stressors, and chemical dependency.

Over the years I have worked with a number of people who have a combination of early childhood trauma, mood disorders (anxiety and depression or bipolar disorder), difficulty adjusting to the demands of work, parenting and couples' issues. Life is hard and our culture encourages us to continually balance all of the demands, but tends to leave us feeling inadequate and exhausted.

For those of you who survived trauma, who continually struggle to make ends meet, to balance the demands of adult life and parenting, there is an answer for you, there is hope ... you can find your own definition of what it means to Thrive. I'm here to help.

Board certified in the state of Texas with two licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor--Board Approved Supervisor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.
